Welcome to Nero Chocolates.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products online.

Nero Chocolates specialises in handcrafted premium chocolates and custom chocolate gifts.

Because our chocolates are handmade, slight variations in colour, decoration, size, weight and appearance are normal and do not constitute defects.

Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly due to handcrafted production, ingredient availability or packaging updates.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the sale of any product without prior notice.

3. Food Allergies

Our chocolates may contain or come into contact with:

  • Wheat

  • Gluten

  • Sesame

  • Other common allergens

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should carefully review product descriptions or contact us before placing an order.

Nero Chocolates is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from ingredients contained in our products.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, misuse or pricing errors.

You will receive an order confirmation once your payment has been successfully processed.

5. Custom Orders

Customised or personalised chocolates are prepared according to your selected options.

Once production of a customised order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded except where required by law or where the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Prices may change without prior notice.

We currently accept online payments only through the payment methods available during checkout.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom orders that have entered production may not be cancelled even if they have not yet been shipped.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Nero Chocolates is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the courier.

9. Chocolate Care

Chocolate is sensitive to heat and humidity.

While we take reasonable precautions during packaging and shipping, we cannot guarantee that chocolates will remain unaffected if exposed to excessive heat after delivery.

Customers should store chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

As our products are perishable food items, returns are accepted only in accordance with that policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, product names, branding and website content, is the property of Nero Chocolates or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.
